Why did my payment fail?

There are several reasons for why a payment may fail. Here's a small list of possible reasons and solutions.

  • Insufficient funds
    • Make sure there's enough money on your associated bank account to complete the payment.
  • Lost connection
    • Verify your internet connection is working and try again.
  • Timeout
    • A timeout occurs when a period of time has passed without completing the payment process. Go back and try making the payment again.
  • Limit of your payment method is exceeded.
    • Certain cards have limits on how much you can pay in one go or on a monthly basis. You can try using a different payment method.
  • Incorrect information
    • The payment process cannot complete if you enter incorrect information for your card.
  • Fraud prevention
    • Each payment goes through a verification process. If a payment is suspected to be fraudelant, it will be blocked.
